With over 14 years of experience across Human Resources, HR Operations, and Information Systems, I bring both business understanding and technical expertise to Rootline HCM. My experience includes UKG Pro, Dayforce, IBM Cognos Analytics, system implementations, post-go-live support, platform configuration, integrations, reporting, and people analytics.
I help organizations connect their people, processes, and technology through practical solutions—from configuring fields and improving workflows to developing reports, validating data, and supporting system transitions.
Collaboration is central to my approach. I work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and effective HR technology solutions that support employees and improve operational efficiency.
